The service is free
Trip Planner is free for the whole group. No subscriptions, no per-seat fees, no features locked behind a paid plan.
Provided "as is"
We do our best, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Be decent
Don't use the service for illegal content, to harass anyone, or to abuse the platform. Common sense applies.
You own your content
Everything you add to your trips stays yours. We claim no rights over your plans.
We can remove abuse
We reserve the right to suspend or remove trips or accounts that break these terms or harm other users.
Limited liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page.
